what she says: i’m fine

what she means: the Entire Point ™ of the original star wars trilogy was that Luke Skywalker, the truest Jedi there ever was, did NOT follow the ways of the old Jedi and made his own way. Where his masters told him not to help his friends, not to be attached, not to try and save his father, he DID all of those things, all while staying true to himself and to the light side, using that attachment and love and care to do so. Pop culture and casual Star Wars fans all seem to ignore this fact and idealize the old Jedi ways, even while hating on the prequels, and in doing this they fail to understand the entire moral of the original trilogy. Luke Skywalker is one of the best characters in film history and him and his character arc and significance being so widely misunderstood is just an utter tragedy

Hello! I hope I’m not bothering you and you can totally ignore this ask if you feel uncomfortable or annoyed about it, but I was wondering if you were gonna continue “Your Hands In My Hair, My Heart In Your Teeth”? I understand if you’re not. Just wanted to know as I love your actor au. <3

Hi Anon! Dw, I’m not uncomfortable or annoyed! And YES, absolutely! I know it’s been forever XD but I really, really want to continue that fic (I love it), and I definitely will! ♥

Love

Thank you, Anon! Love, nice, lots of this one going around, for sure XD How about…

“Duty is certainly not always a pleasure,” Yuuri replied, keeping his voice low, hoping more than ever that their companions would not listen, “but one can always come to… live with it. Maybe even love everything that it brings.” (every calculation falls silent)

(2 sentences for the price of 1, just so that the actual sentence with love in it has more of a context.)

WIP guessing game! Send me a word, if it’s in my wip document I’ll answer your ask with the sentence that it appears in
